Ri8 Compound is located in R8, in plot No. H3, which overlooks three main streets: two streets with a width of 40 meters and a street with a width of 60 meters.

Two entrances to the compound from two main streets: the first street with a width of 60 meters, the second street with a width of 40 meters

One road around the residential area inside the compound to rotate around the buildings from the outside to achieve calm, privacy and safety for the residents of the compound.

Modern design of the buildings that suits the modern shape of the architecture in terms of comfort of vision and the external appearance inside the compound in addition to the entrances to the buildings.
