Al-Batal Group Company is an Egyptian joint stock company whose rules were established during the year 1978.
El Batal is one of the ancient real estate development companies that has a distinguished role in that field locally and globally.
Those in charge of the company were able to provide a huge boom in the field of real estate and construction, where over the course of several years, the company has implemented more than 1,000 residential and commercial units alike in order to satisfy all customers.
All its projects bear the elegant character and high quality at the same time, and the company is keen to implement all that is new in the world of real estate and real estate development generally, it has been able to implement all that is new and modern in order to suit the special needs of customers and investors alike, and it has been able to present many residential projects within separate areas within the prestigious areas within Egypt.
Eng. Samir Doss is considered the originator of the idea of El Batal Group for Housing and Development at the beginningand that was at the end of the seventies of the last century.
The engineer's sons were able to complete their father's march in the field and add many companies working in the field of real estate development, including Dos Homes and other companies, which were able to provide many commercial and residential businesses with a new concept.
