Modon Developments is a real estate developing company that has been founded at the beginning of 2020, with more than 30 years of experience in the field of real estate development.
Modon was established as an Egyptian-Kuwaiti partnership worth 10 billion pounds in Kuwait in 1980, as the company is focused on high-quality projects, and this was reflected in the many projects it established in Kuwait and in Egypt, and the company aims to pump 3 billion pounds as an investment in the new administrative capital projects.
And recently, it established Green River Tower, in partnership with the Hilton Group, which is considered one of the largest institutions that owns a huge portfolio of hotels and resorts, as it spreads in more than 100 countries around the world, and it was established in 1919, by Conrad Hilton, and it was classified as the largest A private company in America in 2013, and it is always striving to expand and increase the number of its hotel units everywhere in the world.
It is the first company of its kind to build residential hotels in the New Administrative Capital in Egypt.
