Project details:
• Il Cuore Verde is located in the financial district on the largest square in the government district (Central Bank Square) and close to the Egyptian Post and the Egyptian Stock Exchange.
• A very special location on the central axis and the presidential road. It is within walking distance to all commercial areas; cafes, restaurants and shops.
• It is a few minutes away from the main transportation hub, 1 minute away from the government district, 2 minutes away from the Presidential Palace, 3 minutes away from Al Masa Hotel, and 4 minutes away from Bin Zayed Axis.
• The project is on an area of 3030 square meters, consisting of two basements (garages), a ground floor, and seven floors.
• It has two entrances, each entrance has two elevators and a receptionist.
• There is a green forest in the heart of the building on an area of 360 square meters..
• The design of the project is inspired by the ancient Egyptian architecture.
• The building is unique and the first of its kind in the Middle East, the first environmentally friendly building and the first building with a vertical forest along the building.
• Although Archplan is the largest consultant in the Middle East, they hired the largest consultant in the world with a patent in green and sustainable buildings and environmentally friendly buildings (Italian consultant Stefano Beori).
• The facades of the building are all made of GRC, a material against damage and rust, and easy to clean and maintain.
• The building restores to life all its aspects in terms of electricity, waste water, water purification and desalination, air purification…
• All units are finished with central air conditioning and bathrooms.
• The building is administrative only, implemented with international requirements for administrative offices.
