- Hossam Abu Al-Saud: Owner of Amazon Contracting Company, working on more than 40 projects in Dubai and classified as a first-class contractor in the Emirates. This is the company that will build a tower.
- Mahmoud Gharib: Owner of Al-Salam Group Company. He works in importing and exporting. He works in finishing the facades of the towers. He had finished more than 100 projects, the most famous of which is Dubai Marina, which is 90 floors.
- Sheikh Abdullah Al-Afif: a contractor in Saudi Arabia, working on 50 projects
