About Developer
Rovan Urban Development Company is one of the Medina group of companies that began its activity in 2003. The group includes several companies operating in various investment sectors such as agricultural investment and car trading. As for Rovan Real Estate Investment, it was built on the experience it gained from the Medina Real Estate Investment Company. The company implemented many residential projects throughout Cairo, 6th of October City, Sheikh Zayed, Obour City and Heliopolis, in addition to other residential projects in other governorates, the most important of which are Qalyubia and Marsa Matrouh, with a total of more than About 500 housing units inside and outside Cairo.
Rovan Urban Development was established with the growing opportunities in the Egyptian real estate market based on its previous experiences. We were determined to unite efforts to contribute to the urban renaissance that Egypt is witnessing by providing projects that combine excellent quality and modern architectural designs to provide real value worthy of Egypt’s future.
