Established by leading textile pioneer Diaa El-Din Farag, the company commenced its success journey with an exclusive residential portfolio, comprised of 30 contemporary buildings in prime locations across the 5th Settlement.
Hometown is one of the largest companies working in the field of real estate investment, as it has established a lot of large real estate projects in many high-end areas in the heart of Egypt, it is always keen to choose the best locations due to its great interest in creating an ideal feasibility study for all projects.
The Company started with the first commercial, administrative and medical project in the MU 23 area, on the Al-Amal axis, directly in the Zaha park project.
- Hometown departed from the idea of projects in the capital and started the construction of the first commercial entertainment mall in the Down Town area, which is the center of the country in the Administrative Capital. It is a 10-acre mall called La Fayette Mall.
The Village building, our third project was established, and it is the first restaurant and cafe building in the Administrative Capital, It also includes a hypermarket and many cinemas.
The fourth project was launched in the Downtown area, in the walking and shopping district, which is the last project to be launched in this area directly in front of Al-Massa Hotel, It is called Udora Mall.
