Delta Development with 40 years of experience in the field of construction and urban developments, which dates back to 1982, is one of the entity companies that was founded by Engineer Hamdy Etman, owner of the huge precedent projects of Delta for Housing and Construction.
Delta for Housing and Construction Company, which is classified by the Egyptian Federation of Construction and Building Contractors as a first category firm, has contributed with the Egyptian Government, the Ministry of Housing utilities and urban communities (MHUUC) and the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) in implementation of many national projects in the field of infrastructure and Egyptian nation projects.
It was chosen by the Council of Ministers in 2018 among 50 companies around the Republic to execute the commission of the President of the Egyptian Republic to the government to implement an additional 100,000 housing units on the investment plan to be completed by the direct attribution system within a year. In addition to the construction of many schools, commercial and service projects, industrial complexes, and hospitals in the 10th of Ramadan City, Badr City, Capital Gardens city and other governorates.
Eng/ Hamdy Etman had an active role in establishing the first Egyptian investor association, the 10th of Ramadan Investors Association. He has been a member of its board of directors since its inception and then vice-president of the association.
