Better House Developments or Real-Estate Development and Investment founded in 2013, however real estate industry is not a new activity practiced by our company as we have great experience in the same field since 2006 in Egypt. The founders of the company have already gone a long way in developing and executing a considerable number of projects particularly in the new urban cities, out of which the most important were in EL-Shorouk, New Heliopolis, New Cairo and Fifth Settlement. The company had already achieved great success in implementing more than 150 projects including residential apartments and villas.
This was in addition to our commercial and administrative projects represented in Future Mall 1, Future Mall 2, and The Administrative Future Mall, demonstrating the company’s independent entity long time ago.
Better House Developments is considered one of the first companies that won the advantage of the construction and development in the New Administrative Capital by taking the initiative to penetrate the real estate market within a wide range of residential and commercial projects. On the residential unit’s level, now we are implementing two residential compounds; the first is Sky Capital located in the R7n5 area next to the grand diplomatic district, which is sold out completely, and the second, is Sky Capital View located in R8i3 unique area nearby the Green River. On the commercial level, we are about to start construction in Sky Capital Mall located in the R7n5 area and Sky Business Park in one of the best locations in the capital in Down Town right next to Al-Massa Hotel, the Central Business District, and also nearby the Green River. It is worthy to mention that, recently we went on our achievements to develop touristic resorts in charming cities with completely different standards to introduce a new and unprecedented luxury concept. In this concern, Better House management took the initiative to launch its new grand project, "Vidala" in the international city of Galala, on top of Galala Mount with a height up to 750 meters above sea level. Moreover, a special advantage marks our designs as we are careful that our buildings do not exceed 20% from the whole land, whereas the rest is covered with the landscape, considering to provide all necessary services, facilities and means of entertainment and recreation.
