MAK Developments was born from the merger of three major companies: Al Tayseer for Contracting, established in 1998, Aaql Construction, and Scope Developments, which was founded in 2010. Today, the company is led by Engineer Mohammed Fekry, Engineer Abdullah Abdel Mottaleb, and the consulting engineer, Mohammed Yahya Akl.

Thanks to their vast engineering expertise, MAK Developments have gained the trust of clients through numerous successful projects that have contributed to a boom in the real estate market.
