Junior Property Consultant

 Job Description

  • Understanding customers’ needs.
  • Sending the client’s CIL to the admin on time.
  • Arrange meeting appointments to meet new and existing customers.
  • Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
  • Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Prepare, negotiate and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties in projects around Egypt.
  •  Carry out all the required functions assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirements


  • 6 months - 4 years of progressive experience in the Real Estate sales field.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic Languages.
  • Willingness to work from alternate locations when needed.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Hard worker.
  • Owns a Car.
  • Flexible with working hours based on clients needs.
